Job Description

• Responsible for business development and sales of health insurance and wellness products
• Recruitment and training of agents for promotion of health insurance and wellness products
• Acquire corporate clients and ensure closure of deals related to health insurance and wellness requirements
• Creation of database and list of appointment of agents with customers
• Provide appropriate advisory to existing and potential clients regarding their health plan requirements and existing portfolios
• To liaison and establish strong networks with sales, underwriting and product teams of health insurance companies
• To assist in closure of large deals in retail lines for the location
• To service existing corporate and SME clients
