Job Description

  • Responsible for IT and Non IT end to end Recruitment – Pan India
  • To work closely with hiring managers, understand requirements, manage sourcing via job portals, job consultants, campus and getting the right fit within tight timelines
  • Have a thorough understanding of the market (IT and Insurance), the nitty-gritties of a JD and target minimum drop-outs
  • Manage a team of recruiters along with personal sourcing and present Dashboards and MIS to quantify recruitment efforts
