Job Description

• Provide guidance and transactional support to employees for complex issues related to various HR topics and queries.
• Responds to moderate to complex inquiries related to various HR topics and queries including but not limited to performance management, employee relations, employee engagements, employee connect, HR policies, HR MIS including head count and attrition reporting, dashboards, etc. and performs research to achieve problem resolution
• Perform non-complex to moderately complex human resources duties in areas such as employee relations, training, special projects, employee engagement, etc.
